Fear is normal. Fear is common. All of us experience fear.

So how come we hate it so much? We get anxious because we are afraid, we pick fights, we sabotage ourselves, we keep ourselves down and we do not live our dreams because we are scared.

Unfortunately, for most of the people, all the things that I have described above are normal and happen on a daily basis, without them even realizing it. But, luckily for all of us, there are so many ways in which we learn how to release fear and how to move towards our dreams and enjoy more.

Probably the first thing that I discovered in my self-development journey, was tapping. Tapping or EFT, which stands for emotional freedom technique and you can look at it as “Psychological acupressure“. This technique works by releasing blockages within the energy system which are the source of emotional intensity and discomfort.
