We finally know who is to blame for so many health problems – and no, it is not fat! In fact, high sugar fast food diets have been proven to lead to obesity, type 2 diabetes and a lot of immune problems. I find it preposterous to have sugar in any food, from tomato sauce to yoghurt.
Isn’t it weird that there are no clinical trials for GMO foods for human consumption? They look the same, have the same nutrients, but what about the pesticides, what about the added genes? How does our body assimilate something artificial?
